Stuffs (2 servings)

  • Blentec blender
  • 1 scoop of Amazing grass chocolate powder
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Fage yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen kale
  • a bit of fresh ginger
  • top it off to have almond or coconut milk (or both) at 24-28oz on the wideside+ jar
  • hit smoothie and enjoy after it’s done :)
