- Blentec blender
- 1 scoop of Amazing grass chocolate powder
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Fage yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen kale
- a bit of fresh ginger
- top it off to have almond or coconut milk (or both) at 24-28oz on the wideside+ jar
- hit smoothie and enjoy after it’s done :)
